La capilla católico-romana de San Servacio en el suburbio noroeste de Lechenich tiene su origen en el siglo XII y fue anteriormente la iglesia parroquial de los lugares Konradsheim y Blessem. Hoy en día, sirve como capilla del cementerio para el distrito de Lechenich.
La capilla de San Servacio en Lechenich-Heddinghoven está entre las iglesias más antiguas de Erftstadt. Para la mampostería del edificio datado en el siglo XII se utilizó material de piedra de desecho local, guijarros, toba y arenisca. La base parece provenir de períodos muy diferentes, ya que junto a materiales de construcción más recientes también se pueden encontrar restos romanos. También se hicieron visibles partes de piedras de matronas tras el revoque retirado de la mampostería.
