La capilla del cementerio superior es una de las dos capillas del cementerio forestal en Düsseldorf-Gerresheim y fue construida entre 1963 y 1965 según los planos de los arquitectos Hans Junghanns y Gerhard Nitschke para la ciudad de Düsseldorf.
El espacio sacro está construido en un plano circular como un tronco de cono. El techo de la capilla está cubierto de cobre; el techo y el anillo de muro se inclinan hacia adentro; la luz del día solo entra a través de una estrecha banda de aclarado en la parte superior. La construcción redonda se eleva sobre el bajo vestíbulo de entrada y las salas de funcionamiento, que están cubiertas por una losa de techo ampliamente saliente.
