La antigua iglesia parroquial católica de San Antonio es un edificio eclesiástico protegido, hoy en día profanado, en Amern, una localidad de Schwalmtal en el distrito de Viersen.
La pseudobasílica de tres naves fue construida en 1491 con un coro de un tramo y un cierre de 5/8. La bóveda de crucería descansa sobre pilares redondos. Según los planes de Lambert von Fisenne, la iglesia fue ampliada en 1897 con dos tramos occidentales adaptados a los tramos góticos. Se añadieron ábsides rectangulares a las naves laterales y se incorporó una sacristía. La mampostería exterior de ladrillo, con molduras en piedra arenisca, fue en gran parte renovada.
