En esta caminata por la ciudad se muestra la diversidad de Oranienburg: En la orilla del lago Lehnitz se pueden descubrir calas escondidas y respirar aire del mar. Un primer punto destacado es la vista de la esclusa de Lehnitz, una de las esclusas más transitadas para la navegación comercial en el canal Oder-Havel.
