El Castillo de Ulstrup es una mansión situada en la pequeña localidad de Ulstrup, a 20 kilómetros al suroeste de Randers, en el oeste de Dinamarca.
El Castillo de Ulstrup tiene su historia que se remonta a finales del siglo XIV cuando fue propiedad de Jens Brandsen. Los propietarios posteriores incluyen a la Reina Margarita I, pero la casa original desapareció y Ulstrup continuó existiendo como un pueblo. Fue adquirido por el consejero privado Christen Skeel en 1579 y se disolvió para dar paso a su nueva mansión que se construyó en 1591. El edificio fue ampliado entre 1615 y 1617 por su hijo, Jørgen Skeel, y se construyó un edificio agrícola en 1668.
