Description

El Palau de Dávila tiene orígenes renacentistas y fue construido por Bartolomé Núñez Dávila a principios del siglo XVI . Fue habitada por D. Pedro Benavente.

Aunque el acceso es por la Plaça de Basurt , la fachada principal da a la Plaça Benavente junto al Palau de Campo Real.
La entrada principal de frente recto está flanqueada por pares de columnas.

Destacan las ventanas de la fachada , bien diseñadas, y las rejas, copiadas posteriormente en otras viviendas del edificio.

El elemento más característico es el balcón de doble esquina.
