AzureSegunda etapa de 65 km del Camino del Cid. La etapa de Burgos a Covarrubias forma parte de la ruta El Destierro, la parte más septentrional del Camino del Cid de 360 km que discurre desde Vivar del Cid hasta Atienza.
Curso montañoso (aprox. 620 altímetros) pero en ninguna parte realmente pesado. En el camino el monasterio de San Pedro de Cardeña donde el cuerpo de El Cid estuvo enterrado durante siglos.
