La A22 es una carretera en el condado de Down, en Irlanda del Norte. Su ruta comienza en Dundonald y se dirige a Comber, formando el principal corredor de transporte que conecta Belfast y Comber, una ciudad dormitorio situada a 8 millas fuera de la ciudad. Después de sortear la ciudad de Comber, la ruta continúa a lo largo de las costas orientales de, aunque no adyacente directamente a, Strangford Lough. La ruta pasa por Lisbane, Balloo y Killyleagh, terminando en Downpatrick.
