El Hospital Real Haslar en Gosport, Hampshire, fue uno de varios hospitales que atendían la zona local. Fue convertido en apartamentos para jubilados entre 2018 y 2020. El hospital en sí es un edificio listado de Grado II.
El Almirantazgo adquirió el terreno seleccionado para el hospital, Haslar Farm, cuyo nombre proviene del anglosajón Hæsel-ōra, en 1745. El edificio fue diseñado por Theodore Jacobsen y la construcción del edificio principal fue completada el 23 de octubre de 1753. Al finalizar, era el edificio de ladrillo más grande de Europa. Las obras de construcción costaron más de £100,000, casi el doble del costo de la sede del Almirantazgo en Londres. En sus primeros años se le conocía como el Hospital Real Haslar.
