El Estadio Sergio Lanfranchi, anteriormente conocido como Estadio XXV Aprile, es un estadio deportivo dedicado al rugby, situado en la ciudad de Parma en la región de Emilia-Romaña, en el norte de Italia. Reemplazó al original Estadio Sergio Lanfranchi, que fue demolido en julio de 2008.
Es una arena de 5,000 asientos que alberga a los equipos de rugby Crociati Parma Rugby FC y Gran Parma Rugby. También alberga al equipo de fútbol americano Parma Panthers. En 2012, también se convirtió en el estadio local de la franquicia Zebre Parma, que reemplazó a Aironi en la liga Pro12 y la Copa Heineken.
