La Tumba de Ilaria del Carretto es un monumento funerario del escultor Jacopo della Quercia, realizado entre 1406 y 1408 por encargo de Paolo Guinigi para su esposa Ilaria del Carretto. Se conserva en la Catedral de San Martín de Lucca.
Es en febrero de 1403 cuando se celebra el matrimonio del señor de Lucca Paolo Guinigi con Ilaria del Carretto. El 8 de diciembre de 1405, a la edad de 26 años, Ilaria fallece tras su segundo parto. El sarcófago es encargado a Jacopo della Quercia, quien tarda dos años en realizarlo. Se coloca en la catedral, señal de la supremacía social de Guinigi. Instalado en el transepto izquierdo desde 1842, el monumento es trasladado en 1995 a la sacristía.
