Zuidwolde es la aldea más grande y el núcleo principal del municipio de De Wolden en el suroeste de la provincia de Drenthe en los Países Bajos. El pueblo tiene 6.830 habitantes. Bajo el pueblo de Zuidwolde también se incluyen las siguientes aldeas: Bazuin, Drogt, Lubbinge, Lunssloten, Middelveen, Schottershuizen, Steenbergen, Ten Arlo y De Stuw. Históricamente, la aldea de Nijstad también formaba parte de Zuidwolde, pero durante las reorganizaciones de 1998, por medio de una corrección de límites, pasó a formar parte del municipio y la ciudad de Hoogeveen.
