Les régions de Sierre et Salgesch sont situées sur la rive droite du Rhône. En raison de ses nombreuses journées ensoleillées, Sierre est souvent appelée la « ville du soleil ». Le bus part de la gare de Sierre (542m) le long de la route du Val d’Anniviers. Après quelques virages en épingle à cheveux et une balade à travers les gorges de la vallée, descendez à l’arrêt Pontis à Fribougxe (1001m). Après une randonnée d’une heure plutôt pénible, vous tomberez sur un petit paradis appelé Soussillon (1388m). Continuez à monter pendant encore 30 minutes pour atteindre le village de Chandolin (1868 m). Randonnée de Chandolin à La Tuelle et Lebing avant d’atteindre St-Luc (1655m).
