La Villa Malta est une villa ressemblant à un château située dans le quartier de Rodenkirchen à Cologne, construite entre 1904 et 1905. Elle se trouve à un emplacement emblématique, juste au-dessus de la rive du Rhin, le long de la route principale. La villa est protégée en tant que monument historique.
La villa a été construite entre 1904 et 1905 sous le nom de « Villa Angonia » pour le promoteur Eduard Steisel, alors maire de la commune de Rondorf, selon un plan du bureau d'architecture Gebrüder Schauppmeyer. La femme de Steisel, Angonia, originaire de Belgique, a largement contribué au financement du projet de construction, étant à la fois la raison du nom et la conception concrète de la villa. À l'origine, celle-ci possédait un fossé symbolique. À la fin de l'année 1919, le fabricant Heinrich Rodenkirchen a acquis la propriété auprès de Steisel.
