L’immeuble d’habitation situé à l’Ehm-Welk-Straße 37 est un bâtiment classé situé dans la ville de Lübbenau/Spreewald, dans l’arrondissement d’Oberspreewald-Lausitz, au sud de l’État de Brandebourg. Il est considéré comme le plus ancien bâtiment de la ville.
Le bâtiment est situé sur l’Altmarkt de Lübbenau, à proximité immédiate de l’église Saint-Nicolas. Il a été construit vers la fin du 17ème ou le début du 18ème siècle et fait partie d’une rangée de maisons. La maison est couverte d’un toit à deux versants. La cave voûtée de la maison est même datée de la période entre 1620 et 1650, ce qui suggère un bâtiment antérieur sur ce site. Le bâtiment à colombages est daté de l’inscription « Anno 1713 » sur son pignon, ce qui en fait le plus ancien bâtiment de la ville de Lübbenau.
