Stjerneborg ou "Château des Étoiles" était le 2ème observatoire de Tycho Brahe, à côté de son palais-observatoire Uraniborg. Il l'a construit car Uraniborg était trop instable pour faire de bonnes observations des étoiles.
Il a été détruit après la mort de Tycho Brahe.
Les parties souterraines de l'observatoire ont été excavées dans les années 1950 et sont aujourd'hui équipées d'un toit approximant celui d'origine. Les chambres abritent maintenant un spectacle multimédia ouvert au public.
