La montagna Mösalmkogel con i suoi 1.109 metri è importante principalmente per la sua malga: la malga Möslalm è un popolare punto d'incontro per tanti abitanti di Wörgl e gitanti, che fanno sosta qui, per riprendere le forze con buone ed economiche prelibatezze durante un'escursione contemplativa e per chiacchierare con gli amici – o nelle stube accoglienti o sulla terrazza con un panorama su Pendling e Pölven e sull'ansa dell'Inn vicino a Kirchbichl.
Il sentiero forestale più battuto fino alla Möslalm parte dal ristorante Berghäusl vicino alla centrale elettrica Müllnertal accanto al torrente Wörgler Bach. Il sentiero si snoda in direzione Wildschönau, sul lato sinistro del torrente, e porta fino alla malga Möslalm.
