Le Grotte di Sainte-Anne sono grotte situate a sud di Tilff lungo la strada per Esneux, la N633, vicino all'Ourthe nella provincia belga di Liegi. Poco fuori dall'abitato di Tilff, a sinistra, sul lato nord della strada, ci sono rocce prominenti con aree di parcheggio. Alla roccia più a sud, una scala sale verso, tra l'altro, l'ingresso della grotta con una grata in acciaio in un telaio di cemento.
