Situato in un moderno quartiere residenziale. Unico residuo della "Villa Tishengien" franca che prima dell'11° secolo comprendeva l'attuale Mortsel, Hove ed Edegem, il dominio fu donato, secondo la leggenda, intorno al 660 all'abbazia di Lobbes da Santa Reinhildis. Il fienile della fattoria scomparve con la costruzione della sopraelevata della ferrovia, le mura perimetrali andarono perdute a causa della costruzione di strade e lottizzazioni. Fattoria lunga (col tetto perpendicolare alla strada) con casa abitativa e stalle del 17° secolo, restaurata tra il 1963 e il 1965 secondo il progetto dell'architetto Y. Devos (vedi iscrizione). Pianta a forma di L, stalle più alte con stalla di pascolo ampliate sul lato nord.
