Ex-birreria della famiglia De Jonghe-Erix, fondata nel 1810. Edifici residue del XIX secolo e inizio XX secolo, attualmente inseriti in un'area di rivalutazione, lavori di ristrutturazione incompiuti avviati nel 1976. Ex edifici aziendali a forma di L, costruzione in mattoni di due e tre piani con uso di pietra naturale e mattoni sinterizzati. Edificio principale (precedente sala della birreria) ritmato da lesene, in alto chiuso da balustrata aperta, copertura curva con sistema di ventilazione; finestre rettangolari e ad arco. All'angolo torre quadrata sotto tetto a tenda, edificio annesso con tetto a capanna in tegole.
