Questo è un ristorante italiano nel centro di Stavelot. L'edificio è in stile Art Nouveau dei primi anni del '900 e ricorda una banchina in una stazione ferroviaria. Sopra ci sono 2 affreschi. Al primo piano ci sono anche piastrelle della Maison Helman di Bruxelles. Helman nacque a Stavelot nel 1863 ed era un architetto.
La brasserie è anche un'attrazione durante il Lætare. Il Lætare è una festa tradizionale che si svolge durante la festa di Laetare nella quarta domenica di Quaresima. Questo festival, uno dei più popolari in Wallonia, è anche noto per i suoi protagonisti: i Blancs Moussis.
Saint Remacle nacque intorno al 600 e morì intorno al 669 ed era un santo cattolico e ortodosso, fondatore dell'abbazia di Stavelot nel 651 e primo abate dell'abbazia di Solignac.
