Lyoness è una società di marketing multilivello fondata in Austria nel 2003. Secondo Lyoness, nel 2016 la società era attiva in oltre 40 paesi, si estendeva in sei continenti e la loro comunità commerciale era composta da oltre cinque milioni di membri. In diversi paesi Lyoness è sospettata di essere uno schema piramidale.
Nel 2004 Hubert Freidl, l'Amministratore Delegato di Lyoness, è stato assunto come direttore esecutivo dell'azienda. Lyoness comprende almeno sette società registrate in Svizzera, nove società registrate in Austria e circa 42 ulteriori società nazionali e regionali in tutto il mondo. In Italia Lyoness opera con diverse società tra cui vi sono Lyoness Italia S.r.l., Lyconet Italia S.r.l. e Myworld Italia S.r.l. Il nome "Lyoness" deriva dal regno mitologico celtico "Lyonesse". "Lyconet" è stato introdotto nel 2014 come nuovo nome commerciale per lo stesso gruppo di società.
