Il centro tecnologico e di incubazione di Freital è un edificio situato in Dresdner Straße 172 all'angolo con Bahnhofstraße nel quartiere Döhlen di Freital, che funge sia da parco tecnologico che da centro per startup. È stato il primo di questo tipo in Sassonia. Il parco è destinato a fornire agli imprenditori uno spazio per avviare e gestire la propria azienda. L'edificio offre sia uffici che hall, ad esempio per produzione o sviluppo.
Il complesso edilizio è stato progettato da Eberhard Pfau. I costi di costruzione ammontano a circa 24 milioni di euro, di cui circa 3 milioni di euro sono stati spesi dalla città stessa. È suddiviso in un centro per startup con una superficie di 10.000 m² e un parco tecnologico di 22.000 m² situato in Lutherstraße a Neudöhlen.
