Neuenheerse è un villaggio con circa 1545 abitanti e dal 1975 fa parte del comune di Bad Driburg, nel circondario di Höxter, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germania.
Il luogo si trova sul versante orientale dell'Eggegebirge nel parco naturale Teutoburger Wald / Eggegebirge in Ostwestfalen-Lippe.
Nel centro del villaggio, vicino alla chiesa abbaziale, sgorga il fiume Nethe e al margine orientale del paese, presso Antoniusklus, si trova il fiume Öse. Attorno al villaggio si trovano il Klusenberg, il Kössenberg, il Bollberg, il Weinberg, il Netheberg e lo Steinberg.
I villaggi vicini sono Altenheerse, Driburg, Dringenberg, Herbram, Herbram-Wald, Kühlsen, Schwaney e Willebadessen.
