Il Comando del Distretto di Difesa 35 era un comando del Distretto di Difesa della Bundeswehr con sede dello stato maggiore infine ad Augustdorf. Il compito principale del comando era la difesa territoriale nel suo distretto di difesa.
Il Comando del Distretto di Difesa fu pianificato per l'adozione della Struttura dell'Esercito II negli anni '60 come parte dell'esercito territoriale e fu sottoposto al comandante della zona di rifornimento III. In base alla suddivisione dell'amministrazione civile, il distretto di difesa corrispondeva circa al distretto governativo di Detmold. Di conseguenza, la sede dello stato maggiore era Detmold.
