Fünfhausen è il nome di due diverse frazioni di Amburgo, che derivano da due antichi villaggi con lo stesso nome.
Il luogo si trova nel distretto di Bergedorf all'interno delle Vierlande, al margine nord-occidentale del quartiere Hamburg-Kirchwerder, all'incrocio stradale tra Durchdeich e la strada Ochsenwerder Landscheideweg/Süderquerweg, lungo il tracciato della vecchia ferrovia di Amburgo.
A est confina con la più grande area protetta della natura di Amburgo, le Kirchwerder Wiesen, a ovest il quartiere di Ochsenwerder. A sud-ovest del paese si trovano il lago Hohendeicher e l'Elba, a nord di esso scorre la Gose-Elbe.
