L'inizio del promontorio è coperto dalla sabbia artificiale della Playa de Ostende. Ha scale di accesso e un belvedere.
Durante la prima metà del XX secolo, i membri della famiglia Estebanot, tra cui c'era un ingegnere e un impiegato della corte, avevano una casa vicino alla Punta dei Corvi, nell'area conosciuta come "Los Hierros". Ma alcune persone iniziarono a chiamarla "Punta Estebanot", riferendosi a questo luogo, invece del suo nome originale. Tuttavia, il nome "Punta Estebanot" o "Punta di Estebanot" non è mai stato dichiarato ufficiale.
