La Hugh Lane Gallery, ufficialmente Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane e originariamente la Municipal Gallery of Modern Art, è un museo d'arte gestito dal Consiglio comunale di Dublino e dalla sua sussidiaria, il Hugh Lane Gallery Trust. Si trova in Charlemont House in Parnell Square, Dublino, Irlanda. L'ingresso è gratuito.
La galleria è stata fondata dal noto collezionista d'arte Sir Hugh Lane in Harcourt Street il 20 gennaio 1908 ed è la prima galleria pubblica di arte moderna conosciuta al mondo. Lane copriva i costi di gestione, mentre cercava una sede più permanente. Nuovi edifici furono proposti in St. Stephens Green e come un drammatico ponte-galleria sopra il fiume Liffey, entrambi progetti di Sir Edwin Lutyens, entrambi non realizzati. Lane non visse per vedere la sua galleria ubicata permanentemente poiché morì nel 1915 durante l'affondamento del RMS Lusitania. Dal 1933 è ospitata in Charlemont House.
