De Hugh Lane Gallery, officieel Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane en oorspronkelijk de Gemeentelijke Galerie voor Moderne Kunst, is een kunstmuseum dat wordt beheerd door de Raad van de Stad Dublin en de dochteronderneming, de Hugh Lane Gallery Trust. Het is gevestigd in Charlemont House op Parnell Square, Dublin, Ierland. Toegang is gratis.
De galerij werd opgericht door de bekende kunstverzamelaar Sir Hugh Lane op Harcourt Street op 20 januari 1908, en is de eerste bekende openbare galerie voor moderne kunst ter wereld. Lane dekte de lopende kosten, terwijl hij op zoek was naar een meer permanente locatie. Nieuwe gebouwen werden voorgesteld in St. Stephens Green, en als een dramatische brug-galerij over de rivier de Liffey, beide voorgestelde ontwerpen van Sir Edwin Lutyens, beide niet gerealiseerd. Lane heeft niet geleefd om zijn galerie permanent gevestigd te zien, want hij stierf in 1915 tijdens het zinken van de RMS Lusitania. Sinds 1933 is het gehuisvest in Charlemont House.
