Bellissimo percorso senza auto attraverso boschi, campi di grano, uliveti e vigneti e cipressi, con vista regolare sul mare. La Toscana come la conoscete dalle foto pubblicitarie. MTB o (preferibilmente) E-MTB necessarie per il passaggio forestale tra Casale e Bibbona. Bospassage è la Commissione Forestale. Con barriera, ma accessibile come pedonale o ciclabile. Senza MTB, l'alternativa è fare il viaggio di andata e ritorno entrambi attraverso la parte bassa del percorso. Anche geniale. Ad eccezione di due tratti inevitabili di 2 km, sono state evitate le strade provinciali più trafficate. Prevalentemente strade sterrate o strade agricole locali.
