Il castello di Stolzembourg si trova su una collina nel centro del villaggio di Stolzembourg, nel nord-est del Lussemburgo. L'edificio attuale fu costruito nel 1898 sulle rovine dell'antico castello medievale in stile di una casa contadina scozzese.
Nel dodicesimo secolo fu costruita una torre di avvistamento per sorvegliare lungo l'Our. La prima menzione di una fortezza risale al 1315. Il governatore Antonie de Croÿ distrusse il castello nel 1454. Dopo essere stato ricostruito, fu infine distrutto nel 1679 dalle truppe francesi di Luigi XIV. Nel 1898 fu costruita una casa contadina in stile scozzese sulle antiche rovine.
