Zuidwolde è un paese nel comune di Het Hogeland nella provincia di Groningen nei Paesi Bassi. Nel 2019 la località contava, inclusi le case sparse attorno, 1.020 abitanti. Zuidwolde si trova praticamente a ridosso degli edifici della città di Groningen. A nord del villaggio si trova Noordwolde, che però è molto più piccolo. La crescita di Zuidwolde è principalmente dovuta alla sua posizione lungo il Boterdiep.
Grazie alla sua posizione vicino alla città, è molto frequentato da escursionisti e ciclisti. La posizione del caffè del villaggio Moeke Vaatstra con giardino accanto alla Chiesa di Zuidwolde, restaurata nel 2002, lungo il Boterdiep contribuisce al fatto che qui si fa spesso una pausa. Nel villaggio, presso l'ex biblioteca, si trova l'opera d'arte Boekkunst di Hugo Hol.
