Westerlee è un villaggio nel comune di Oldambt nella provincia olandese di Groninga. Il villaggio ha 1.490 abitanti. Westerlee si trova tra Meeden e Heiligerlee. Dal 1811 al 1821 Westerlee è stato un comune autonomo. Il nome Westerlee si riferisce probabilmente alla dorsale di sabbia su cui è costruito il villaggio. Questa dorsale separa qui la zona paludosa dalla zona argillosa, sulla stessa dorsale si trovano anche Meeden e Heilingerlee. A nord del villaggio inizia l'Oldambt, a sud le Veenkoloniën.
