Il Porto di Funchal è il porto e il molo di Funchal ed è frequentemente utilizzato come scalo da navi transatlantiche, in rotta dall'Europa ai Caraibi, poiché è l'isola atlantica più a nord che si trova nel percorso degli Alisei.
Il Porto di Funchal è stato l'unico porto principale di Madeira fino al 2007, quando è diventato completamente dedicato al trasporto passeggeri – navi da crociera e traghetti – e ad altre imbarcazioni e yacht legati al turismo. In quell'anno, tutte le restanti attività di pesca e il commercio delle merci sono stati trasferiti nel nuovo porto di Caniçal, a 12 miglia a est.
