La provincia di Lubiana, denominata ufficialmente anche in sloveno Ljubljanska pokrajina, fu una provincia del Regno d'Italia dal maggio 1941 al settembre 1943, e mantenuta in essere sotto occupazione militare del Terzo Reich, chiamandola in tedesco Provinz Laibach, fino al maggio 1945. La sua targa automobilistica fu LB.
