Lochristi is een plaats en gemeente in de Belgische provincie Oost-Vlaanderen. De gemeente telt ruim 22.000 inwoners, die Lochristinaars worden genoemd. Lochristi is bekend om zijn bloemen . Lochristi ligt enkele kilometer ten noordoosten van Gent, op de weg naar Lokeren. Het heeft een afrit aan de E17 en sluit aan op de R4 .
