Burg Raaf is een kasteelruïne in het Belgische dorp Eynatten.
De nog aanwezige donjon dateert uit de 14e eeuw, maar verkeert in zeer slechte staat. Vroeger sluit een kippenhof in oostelijke richting aan op de donjon. Bovendien was deze laatste ooit omgeven door een watergracht. De oorspronkelijke eigenaar van Burg Raaf was vermoedelijk de oude Limburgse familie van Rave, waaraan het kasteel ook zijn naam ontleent. Fiscale redenen zorgden er in 1832 voor dat het dak van de gebouwen werd verwijderd, waardoor het kasteel een ruïne werd. Burg Raaf is sinds 1986 als monument beschermd.
