Deze brug over de Hoyoux werd gebouwd in 1750. Ze dankt haar naam aan de kettingen waarmee de brug 's nachts werd afgesloten.
De brug werd gebouwd na de overstroming van de Hoyoux die in 1749 alle 22 bruggen over de rivier vernielde.
De brug is 4,55 meter breed en heeft een mooie verlaagde boog met een opening van 12,10 meter. Blikvanger is de leuning iin gietijzer uit de XIXe eeuw. Stroomopwaarts van de brug bevindt zich een verlaagde boog waar de Hoyoux ondergronds verder stroomt.
