Gusow-Platkow [[ˈguːzoː ˈplatkoː]?] is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Brandenburg, en maakt deel uit van de Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland. Het omvat de dorpen Gusow en Platkow. Gusow-Platkow telt 1.193 inwoners.
Platkow is een van de oudste dorpen in Märkisch-Oderland en werd in 1229 voor het eerst genoemd in een oorkonde. De gemeente ontstond uit vrijwillige fusie van de twee dorpen in 1997.
