Het Kurhaus Binz ligt aan de strandpromenade, bij het kurplein en nabij de pier van Binz van het Oostzeebad Binz op het eiland Rügen in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Tegenwoordig is het een luxe hotel van de hotelgroep Travel Charme.
Berlijnse bankiers investeerden met de "Oostzeebad Binz AG" in de uitbreiding van het zeebad en lieten een kuurhuis bouwen, dat op 22 juli 1890 werd geopend. Tot de eerste gasten behoorde keizerin Auguste Viktoria. Het uit vakwerk gebouwde huis brandde op 1 mei 1906 af. In de zomer van 1907 besloot de gemeenteraad tot de nieuwbouw van het kurhuis in steen volgens de plannen van de Berlijnse architect Otto Spalding. Het gebouw werd een herkenningspunt van het zeebad.
