Het zeehondencentrum Friedrichskoog is een op basis van de overeenkomst ter behoud van zeehonden in het Waddengebied geautoriseerde opvanglocatie voor verlaten of ziek aangetroffen zeehonden in de gemeente Friedrichskoog in Sleeswijk-Holstein. Het bestaat sinds 1985.
Naast informatie- en milieueducatie zijn de diervriendelijke opkweek van zeehonden en snuifrobben, evenals toepassingsgerichte, actuele onderzoeksinitiatieven voor soortenbescherming de belangrijkste taken van het zeehondencentrum. Het is de enige geautoriseerde locatie voor de opkweek van huilers aan de Sleeswijk-Holsteinse Noordzeekust. In het centrum leven zowel huilers als "blijvende gasten".
