Het Ständehaus in Görlitz was de vergaderplaats voor de standen van het Koninkrijk Pruisen in de Oberlausitz. Het drie verdiepingen tellende, kasteelachtige gebouw werd in 1854 ingewijd en dient sinds het jaar 2000 als verpleeg- en verzorgingstehuis.
Het Ständehaus bevindt zich in het stadscentrum. Ten noorden en noordoosten omringt een groenvoorziening het gebouw, samen met het aangrenzend stadspark. Langs de oostzijde, waar ook de hoofdingang zich bevindt, komt de straat Am Stadtpark vanuit de grensovergangsplaats uit op de Dr.-Kahlbaum-Allee. Meer dan twee decennia na de bouw van het Ständehaus werd ten oosten daarvan de Reichenberger brug over de Lausitzer Neiße aangelegd, waardoor een belangrijke verkeersader naar de toenmalige Ooststad van Görlitz ontstond.
