Ulstrup Kasteel is een buitenhuis gelegen in het kleine stadje Ulstrup, 20 kilometer ten zuidwesten van Randers, in het westen van Denemarken.
Ulstrup Kasteel gaat terug tot het einde van de 14e eeuw toen het in het bezit was van Jens Brandsen. Latere eigenaars zijn onder andere koningin Margaretha I, maar het oorspronkelijke huis verdween later en Ulstrup bleef bestaan als een dorp. Het werd in 1579 verworven door geheimraad Christen Skeel en ontbonden om plaats te maken voor zijn nieuwe buitenhuis dat in 1591 werd gebouwd. Het gebouw werd tussen 1615 en 1617 uitgebreid door zijn zoon, Jørgen Skeel, en een landbouwgebouw werd in 1668 gebouwd.
