Sa Fosca is een stuk van de rivier de Gorg Blau in de gemeente Escorca, op Mallorca, en kenmerkt zich doordat er geen zonlicht doorheen komt, vandaar de naam.
Het begint bij de Waterval van s'Acollonament, in de rivier des Gorg Blau en eindigt kort voordat het de Pas dels Caçadors bereikt, bijna vlakbij de monding van de rivier des Gorg Blau in s'Entreforc, waar het samenkomt met de Torrent de Lluc om de Torrent de Pareis te vormen. Het kan volledig worden doorkruist met de juiste uitrusting, maar het is een zeer moeilijk avontuur, aangezien het het gebruik van neopreen wetsuits, kennis van de kloof en vaardigheid in de rappeltechniek vereist. De Torrent des Gorg Blau bestaat uit meer dan 40 watervallen verspreid over meer dan 6 km tussen muren die tot 300 m hoogte kunnen bereiken.
