De N-122 is een Spaanse nationale weg die Aragón verbindt met Castilië en León en Portugal via de Dourovallei. Ze doorkruist de steden Soria, Valladolid en Zamora. Ze begint haar route in Zaragoza, waarbij ze het tracé deelt met de N-232 die Zaragoza met Logroño verbindt, en in de gemeente Gallur scheidt ze zich van de N-232 en richt ze zich naar het westen, aansluitend op de AP-68, en doorkruist ze de plaatsen Magallón, Borja, Maleján, Bulbuente en Tarazona.
