La Serra d'Almos is een dorp in de gemeente Tivissa, in de Catalaanse comarca Ribera d'Ebre. De bevolking telt 242 inwoners.
Het vormde een gemeente door afscheiding van Tivissa in 1787, en het werd weer opgenomen in 1940. Sindsdien heeft een groot deel van de bevolking een grote wens getoond om zich af te scheiden van Tivissa, wat zich heeft gereflecteerd in verschillende vruchteloze pogingen om de politieke erkenning van La Serra d'Almos als onafhankelijke gemeente te verkrijgen. Op 30 september 2009 heeft de gemeente Tivissa het dossier goedgekeurd voor de oprichting van de gedecentraliseerde gemeentelijke entiteit van La Serra d'Almos.
