Trevías is een plattelandsparochie van de gemeente Valdés in het Prinsdom Asturië, ongeveer 17 kilometer van Luarca langs de N-634 weg die van Oviedo naar La Coruña voert. De Cantabrische Zee ligt op ongeveer 5 kilometer recht naar het noorden en op ongeveer 7 kilometer langs de huidige weg in de richting van La Coruña. De geografie wordt bepaald door de loop van de Esva-rivier, die door de belangrijkste plaats van de parochie stroomt, Trevías, dat het commercieel en dienstverlenend centrum van de parochie is, en daar bevinden zich het medisch centrum, de kleuterschool, de dierenarts, apotheek, notariaat, enz.
