De Deza is een rivier in het noordwesten van het Iberisch schiereiland die door de provincie Pontevedra, Galicië, Spanje stroomt. Het is een zijrivier van de rivier Ulla. Het ontspringt in de Sierra del Testeiro, in de parochie Zobra, wanneer twee waterlopen samenkomen: die van de Candosa en die van Trasdomonte. De belangrijkste zijrivieren zijn de Asneiro en de Toja. De rivier is 59,4 km lang en heeft een stroomgebied van 551 km². De absolute debiet bij de monding is 18,6 m³/s.
