In de rue Louvet, een klein voetgangersstraatje in Beauvais tussen de place Jeanne Hachette en de markt, tegenover de wijnwinkel, de visboer en de fournituren, is Le Producteur Local een coöperatieve winkel waar een dertigtal producenten verschillende voedingsproducten aanbieden (groenten en fruit, brood, vlees, zuivelproducten, kruidenierswaren, bieren en sappen, enz.) De opbrengst van de verkoop gaat naar elke producent die de kosten van de winkel deelt. Met andere woorden, u vindt lokale producten (150 km rond Beauvais), tegen een eerlijke prijs en lonend voor de producent.
