Martial is meesterbrander sinds 2020. Hij brandt 16 verschillende koffies, waarvan 8 biologisch en allemaal bos- of bergkoffies. Hij biedt ook 3 biologische blends aan, waarvan hij er één zelf maakt (de BLEND GRAINS D'ARÔMES).
Bij het branden zoekt hij naar het beste brandprofiel om de aroma's en smaken van de koffie volledig tot hun recht te laten komen, zonder bitterheid.
Hij neemt je mee op een reis door de equatoriale gordel (tussen de kreeftskeerkring en de steenbokskeerkring) om de koffiespecialiteiten van de wereld te ontdekken.
